RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

UMNOVE care for customers and believe its product.  We will not entertain refund or cancellation request, however we have exchange policy.

Return & Exchange of product scenarios:

​a. Size is a concern:

Request you to refer size chart to help you pick the best fit size. We use standard sizes. You may exchange same product with the correct size. Please do mention correct size in the exchange form.

In-case the size is not available; you can choose any other product of same or above value and share with us the product code & size in the exchange form. The return is to be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Please note that you will bear the cost of the delivery to return the items to UMNOVE.

​b. Product is defective:

If the item you have received is defective, please notify UMNOVE promptly and return the item. UMNOVE will, for any products deemed defective, provide exchange, bear the costs of delivery and return if reported within 48 hours of delivery. Additional evidence such as photo of defective product may be requested to process with the exchange process.

UMNOVE guarantees exchange for any returned items provided that all items are returned in the same condition they were in upon your receipt. This means the items should not have been damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn (other than to try the item on) and that any labels or tags should be intact. Share the invoice no and required  product details in the exchange form.

Please note that the products sold under SALE or which have been customized (stitched) as per your requirements will not be eligible for returns except in condition that there is a manufacturing defect or an in-transit damage or a wrong item has been delivered.
